SHIPPING & HANDLING

Deliveries are free to all mainland destinations when spending over £100. Otherwise are £4.99 and within ten working days.

Whilst every effort is made to deliver large purchases such as Furniture & BBQ's within ten working days, occasionally it can take up to 3

weeks.

PLANT DELIVERIES - These are made within ten working days.

PLEASE NOTE - All furniture (except folding products) and BBQ's are supplied in flat pack form unless otherwise stated. If you would like

your purchase to be assembled please email van.hage@vanhage.co.uk for a quotation.

DELIVERY CHARGES IN STORE MAY VARY. (NORMAL STORE DELIVERY RANGE IS WITHIN 35 MILES OF THAT STORE)

For shipping outside of Mainland please email van.hage@vanhage.co.uk for a quotation.

If any problems occur during arrangement of delivery i.e. out of stock or a longer delivery time is estimated, you will be notified

immediately and a rearranged delivery time will be given or the option of a full refund.

If the item you have purchased is currently out of stock we will notify you immediately and you will have the option to wait or cancel

the order for a full refund.
