DTI's (Department of trade & Industry) Safe Internet Shopping initiative aims to encourage consumers to shop online by explaining how
to do so safely. DTI has worked with a range of public and private sector partners to provide improved access to information on the full range of consumber concerns (eg Safe
Payment, Data Protection, Illegal Content, Redress).
